The county council shall be engaged in the given duties during the sessions specified, not always annually,and to exercise the unique rights of the council, the chairperson should call the members at a place specified while accordingly, the members shall be called there, which is so called 'assembly.'
- Regular session
- Regular session is called on every June 3rd and every November 27th, is called twice annually within 45 days, and is called with no separate call and only with the notification of a session.
- Special session
- A special session is called by the chairperson of local government or one third of the registered members and its period is limited up to 15 days.
- On the request for a special session, the chairperson should call a session within 5 days. If a special session is called as such, the session should be notified 5 days prior to the date of the session and it is notified to the member.
